About
It all started when…
I’ve always had a deep-rooted passion for design. My creative journey began in textiles, studying at Chelsea College of Art before completing an MA at the Royal College of Art. I started my career as a knitwear fashion designer, creating collections for leading high-street brands in London—including Topshop, Whistles, and Next—as well as designer labels in New York such as Calvin Klein.
In 2015, my husband and I moved to Kent with our two young children and finally found our dream home. It was here that my love for interiors truly took shape. We wanted to create a space that was both beautiful and practical—one that worked for family life, entertaining friends, and everyday living. Bringing new life to the house while honouring its original Victorian features—like stained glass windows, high ceilings, and elegant fireplaces—sparked a new creative chapter for me and inspired my transition into interior design.
“Michelle is extremely personable and made me feel at ease from the moment we started communicating. With great listening skills and understanding of the brief, Michelle delivered a comprehensive interior design brief. I trusted Michelle and have not been disappointed at all. I would highly recommend her interior design services.”
